Aude Couturier is Professor of Ophthalmology at Paris Cité University and Head of the Retina Department at Lariboisière University Hospital (AP-HP) and Foundation Rothschild Hospital in Paris, France.
Professor Couturier is the project leader of the EviRed study (intelligent evaluation of diabetic retinopathy, a national multicentric study in France) and head of the French Myopia Institute. She is the organizer of the university diploma in retinal imaging and pathologies (University of Paris Cité and Sorbonne University). She is a board member of the Myopia Society, and a member of the Euretina Society and Macula Society.
Professor Couturier specializes in retinal imaging, including OCT-angiography, diagnosis and laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy, diagnosis and management of high myopia, and vitreoretinal surgery. She is the author of many scientific and educational papers on retinal diseases.
