Important information on COVID-19

COVID-19 2021 update

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect healthcare services around the world, the Vision Academy, in conjunction with the nAMD Barometer, has developed a range of materials to ensure ophthalmologists feel supported in making appropriate treatment decisions and to help patients better understand the safety measures put in place.

These materials include 2 publications and 2 Letters to the Editor, all open access and published in Graefe’s Archive for Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology, a Viewpoint, an educational slide deck, a communication to healthcare professionals, customizable template letters to patients, a range of infographics, and a short patient information video which can be downloaded and shared with patients.

Many of these materials are available in multiple languages, downloadable from the All Resources section of this website.
